More fermented fruit


I discovered another delicious and relatively low-alcohol beverage tonight - perry. Although it is sometimes referred to as "pear cider" and its fermentation process is about the same, it has its very own name. And it might be even more delicious than cider. Whoohoo!

This is the brand I discovered at a new supermarket tonight - Ace. It is aces.
